Oliver Stark takes on the role of president of Petroperú
Stark has been in charge of the company since late April, in his capacity as vice president.
The General Shareholders' Meeting (JGA) of Petroperú appointed Oliver Thomas Alexander Stark Preuss as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the state-owned company, effective June 12.
At the same meeting, the JGA formalized the departure of Carlos Linares Peñaloza, as member and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Petroperú, following his resignation on April 26.
Stark Preuss, in his capacity as Vice President, was in charge of the management of the company since Linares Peñaloza's departure.
