New acknowledgement for PETROPERU

PETROPERU received a new award this morning for its permanent commitment to Social Responsibility, especially in remote areas of the country.
This time, the distinction was on the part of the Ministry of Education, which awarded PETROPERU the ALLIED FOR EDUCATION RECOGNITION for participating, in a coordinated manner with the organic units of Minedu in the development of educational initiatives in the modality of "sustainable cooperation", for the benefit of public education.
It was the holder of said portfolio, Idel Vexler Talledo who gave the recognition to the President of the oil company, Mr. Luis Eduardo García Rosell Artola, highlighting the consistent and unwavering effort of the Company for its participation in programs and projects that contribute to meet the educational policies, while strengthening their management of community relations.
"We have to train healthy people, physically, mentally and socially and, in this sense, the companies and institutions gathered here have become "allies for education”, always with the perspective of joining forces for the development of the country," said the Minister.
García Rosell received the distinction from the Minister and the Secretary General of MINEDU, Ana Reátegui Napuri. The senior official was accompanied by Beatriz Alva Hart, Manager of the Corporate Management Social Management and Communications.
