Mechanics students learned about the quality of PETROPERU fuels

Over fifty students from the last semesters of the technical career of Automotive Mechanics of the Higher Technological Institute Julio César Tello of Villa El Salvador, learned about the great quality and benefits of PETROPERU fuels.

This talk, which was recently held as part of the cycle of conferences "Technologies in fuels for automotive vehicles" from said house of education, had the purpose of informing students about the latest technical advances in the sector, as well as to promote a space for the exchange of experiences.

Roxana Hernández, supervisor of Technical Services of the Commercial area of PETROPERU, explained to the students how the process of formulation of the fuels is carried out and that they have additives of the latest technology, according to the automotive development and manufactured in specialized laboratories to provide all the guarantees and maintain the qualities of the products.

In this way, she pointed out that PETROPERU gasoline is recognized as one of the best in the national market. In addition to having a low sulfur content and high performance additives that protect the engine.

On the other hand, José Dueñas, supervisor of Processes and Projects of the Conchán Refinery, spoke about the procedure that is carried out in the hydrocarbon industry to obtain various fuels, such as solvents, gasoholes and diesel, as well as other industrial products and asphalts. , always complying with international quality standards.
