Integral improvement works in Av. G have a progress of 90%

The integral improvement works of avenue G, which are being executed as part of the social responsibility program of PETROPERU, register an advance of 90%. Upon completion, they will be delivered to the Provincial Municipality of Talara for its timely reopening.

The works, in charge of the staff of the contractor Leich Arquitect EIRL, consisted mainly in the replacement of the cobbles which were in poor condition by a slab of reinforced concrete with a length of 307 meters, as well as the construction of sewers and sidewalk borders along the route.

To date work is being done on the removal of surplus material, signaling and the installation of the sewer system in the drains located in front of Plazuela Quiñones, which are being carried out taking into account the recommendations of the EPS Grau.

In this work, PETROPERU has invested 2'006,009.64 Soles and has been executed in coordination with the local authority, in order to improve the traffic along this important avenue in the center of the oil city, providing greater security to both the transporters and the pedestrians.
