The Economist Hugo Chávez Arévalo presented today his irrevocable resignation from the position of General Manager and as a member of the Board of Directors of Petróleos del Perú PETROPERÚ S.A. with an effective date as of tomorrow, March 21, 2022, in which a session of the Board of Directors will be held in which the appointment of his replacement will be an item on the agenda.
