General Shareholders' Meeting formalizes resignation of the chairman of the board of directors

The General Meeting of Shareholders of Petroperú formalized the resignation presented by Humberto Campodónico to the presidency of the Board of Directors of the state company and learned that the vice president, Carlos Vives Suárez, will replace him in his functions.

The Minister of Energy and Mines (MINEM), Alessandra Herrera, and the head of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Kurt Burneo, participated in the session held on Wednesday, October 2, as members of the General Meeting of Shareholders of Petroperú.

Also present were the Vice Minister of Hydrocarbons, Martín Dávila and the Vice Minister of Finance, José Armando Calderón, as well as the Secretary General of MINEM, Ana Castillo.
