Fuel prices subject to the Stabilization Fund are modified
Modification is made in accordance with the resolution of Osinergmin that modifies the band of prices of gasoline and diesel.
Through resolution 051-2022-OS/GRT, published on 09.29.2022, in the El Peruano official newspaper, the Rate Regulation Management of the Supervisory Agency for Investment in Energy and Mining (Osinergmin), modified the price bands of the products subject to the Stabilization Fund, as shown below:
