Free guitar and flute recital thanks to the Philharmonic Society of Lima and PETROPERU
The oldest cultural institution in the country, the Philharmonic Society of Lima, will arrive for the first time in the city of Talara, presenting an extraordinary concert, thanks to the support of PETROPERU, within the framework of its decentralized cultural policy.
In this opportunity, the Hungarian flutist Anita Farkas and the Peruvian guitarist Juan Carlos Arancibia will be the ones who will interpret pieces characterized by their originality, ranging from the classical to the modern period. Opera and zarzuela will be -among others- the genres to be interpreted.
The appointment will be in the Auditorium of the Casa de la Juventud, located on Av. A-514, Talara Alta, on Tuesday, July 10, from 7:00 p.m.
This activity is part of the cycle called The Meeting of Peruvian Musicians, which for the first time reaches the province of Talamanca, generating huge expectations in the population, especially considering that the income will be completely free.
This way, PETROPERU and the Philharmonic Society of Lima join efforts to bring art and culture to all corners of the country, offering an attractive program that includes pieces by various composers such as Marco Giuliani, Alan Thomas and Pablo de Sarasate, among others.
