In today's Board meeting, it was agreed to appoint Mr. Fernando de la Torre Tejada to the position (temporarily) of General Management. Mr. De la Torre has a degree in Administration from Universidad del Pacífico, with a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University, Chicago, is a specialist in International Banking, has knowledge in debt restructuring and business reengineering, has extensive experience in the areas of finance, banking and risk management; and has held the position of Corporate Finance Manager of Petróleos del Perú PETROPERÚ S.A.
