Conchán Refinery contributes with the academic development of the students of Ayacucho
Students were able to get a close look at the hydrocarbon industry and its importance in everyday life.
As usual, Conchan Refinery opens its doors to receive delegations of university students of various specialties, as part of their exchange and integration activities, and to bring students to the process of the hydrocarbons industry.
In this opportunity, we received the visit of the students of the eighth cycle of Chemical Engineering and Metallurgy of the National University San Cristobal de Huamanga, in Ayacucho.
The students, who were welcomed by engineer Jose Dueñas, also learned about the process of oil refining from the engineer Edson Curro.
Later, they were guided to the control panel of the refinery, where they could observe the operation of the whole plant and the automated control that is carried out there. Finally, they took a guided tour of the refinery facilities.
