Board of Directors appointed by the GSM presents its resignation

After several days have passed without the government having made a statement, the directors appointed by the GSM, unanimously, have presented our resignation. We consider that we have fulfilled the responsibility assigned to us, and under the current conditions, it is not feasible to continue with the task received. 

Likewise, the signatories state that they are not responsible for the scope or the consequences of any legal norm that may eventually be approved, nor for the opportunity in which it is carried out. 

We thank the GSM for the trust placed in us and we deeply hope that its decisions are the best for a country that does not want to continue seeing how scarce resources, necessary to reduce the enormous social gaps, are allocated to Petroperú without demanding a clear roadmap, accountability and successful results.
