40 Talara locals will begin specialized training and certification in 6G welding
After completing the process of theoretical and practical reinforcement by specialized personnel, the Office of Information and Citizen Participation (OIPC) of the Talara Refinery Modernization Project (PMRT), released the list of 40 selected Talareños to participate in technical training in manual welding GTAW and SMAW, certificate of homologation in ASME, Section IX Standard and API 1104 Standard that PETROPERU will provide, free of charge, to local workers with experience in the metalworking sector to improve their possibilities of labor insertion.

C s / n, in front of the PETROPERU Club, which serves the public from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am at 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. The relationship will be published until Monday, December 16, when the training and certification begins.
Those selected will participate in this three-month program, which will be carried out in the National Industrial Work Training Service (SENATI), commissioned by PETROPERU, in order to receive their training and approval certificate and thus maximize their opportunities for reintegration or job growth.
It is worth mentioning that this initiative is carried out in line with the Local Labor Contract Program of the Community Relations Plan of the Environmental Impact Study of the PMRT that the state company has been carrying out with a view to producing 95 thousand barrels per day of quality fuels Euro 6.
